Login Issues

I didn't receive my verification code

Check your spam folder first. If you still don't see the email, try requesting a new code. Make sure you're using the correct email address.

The verification code doesn't work

Verification codes expire after a few minutes. If your code isn't working, request a new one and try again.

Google login isn't working

Make sure you're allowing pop-ups for our site. If the issue persists, try using email verification instead.

Image Processing

What image formats are supported?

We support common image formats including JPG, PNG, and PDF. For best results, use high-quality images with clear handwriting.

How long does processing take?

Most images are processed within 30 seconds. Complex images with lots of handwriting may take a bit longer.

Are my images stored?

No, we process your images in memory and don't store them permanently. Your privacy is important to us.

Billing & Subscriptions

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a free trial for new users. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support if you have concerns.
