Because RemoveHandwriting provides an instantly accessible digital service, all purchases are final and non‑refundable. To help you evaluate our product, each newly registered user receives one free processing credit.

- Digital product: Value is delivered immediately upon use and cannot be “returned.”
- Free trial: Each new account includes 1 free credit to test the service.
- No refunds for subscriptions: Once activated, subscriptions are non‑refundable.
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- After cancellation, you won’t be charged in the next billing cycle.
- Your current cycle remains active until it expires.

Service Availability and Exceptional Refunds
Uptime commitment
- We strive to keep the service continuously available and to fix bugs promptly.
- Target: the service should not be continuously unavailable for longer than 7 days.
What counts as “unavailable”
- Unable to log in, access core processing features (upload/process), or persistent server 5xx errors under normal network conditions.
- Excludes scheduled maintenance (announced in advance), user device/network issues, third‑party outages (CDN/cloud/payment), or force majeure.
Exceptional refunds (subscriptions only)
- If the service is continuously unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days, active subscribers may request a refund of the fees paid for that billing cycle.
- Not applicable to one‑time purchases or the free trial credit.
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days after the incident.
- We will review and process within 5–10 business days, refunding to the original payment method.

Limitation of liability: Except as expressly provided above, RemoveHandwriting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In all cases, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected billing cycle.
